The PR Team
Julia Vockrodt
Managing DirectorI have run VP communications for over 20 years and I feel just as passionate about the company and my work today as I was when I began my career. The business landscape is continually changing and so too are the ways in which we promote a company’s products and services. It’s precisely this fact that has kept me stimulated and interested over the years and provided me with an environment for innovation.
Kirsty Lowe
Associate DirectorI have over ten years experience working in mixed environments and still get a little rush of excitement whenever I see a good piece of coverage published that I know a client will love. Developing VP’s online PR offer based on a crisis I experienced while working in-house is one of the things I’m most proud of. It’s not often you can say you have a real and tangible USP but we have worked hard to create something unique, meaningful and measurable for our clients.
Joyce Danoekoesoemo
Director (Events)I have been in the airline industry for most of my working life, where I have had to deal with all kinds of demands and challenges that large groups of passengers can create. Making sure that things run smoothly and solving logistical problems are now part of my DNA. Today our events are mostly more down to earth, but still require the same dedication and attention to detail.
Jimmy Tse
Account DirectorAs an PR and AR consultant, I have over 10 years experience with some of the world's leading brands and PR agencies. With an eye for a storyline and steely-determination I have helped clients tell their stories with colour and imagination. Whether it’s the thrill of launching an emerging brand, the adrenalin-rush that comes with managing a crisis or helping an unknown name onto the national headlines it’s been easy to stay passionate about what I do.
Sara Paine
Account DirectorI have worked in PR and marketing for over 25 years (although sometimes it feels like 25 minutes) and highlights have included being a Press Officer at No. 10 and Associate Director at a top 10 PR agency. The challenge today is to link a passion for PR to the nuts and bolts of an organisation's bottom line. It's only when you think strategically, that your creativity counts for anything and your client can see how PR can add value to their business. A “culture vulture”, I love Italy and all things Italian.
Silja Ingham
Our German freelancerBack in 1995, when I had my first role in PR, we still sent out press releases by paper mail and organised press conferences that lasted two hours. The PR world is somewhat more fast-paced now but one thing has remained constant: The importance of finding just the right story angle and digging out those nuggets of information that you know will get the journalist interested and the client into the headlines. And luckily, it's also what I enjoy most about my job!
Charlotte Delaforce
Account DirectorWith over 16 years journalism and PR experience combined, I have worked in different types of industry including consumer, business and technology. I have always had a passion for writing and my adventurous spirit and wanderlust have helped to feed my creative skills by exposing me to extraordinary adventures.
Penny Breia
Chief AdministratorI have had over 25 years’ experience organising the lives of a City institution chairman, a member of the Royal Family and a world-renowned photographer. This broad and privileged experience has provided me with skills, flexibility, confidence and a sense of humour to cope with most challenges in my professional life.
Lara
Mascot and news houndMy main task is to welcome visitors, but generally I just sit here looking pretty and give comfort to the team when they need a cuddle. I am also available for modelling assignments, if interested.
